Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hot yoga when pregnant

    Hi there.

Just wondering if anyone can advise if Hot Yoga is suitable for pregnancy?

I did Bikram yoga throughout my last pregnancy, and I found it great and very beneficial. However, due to the cost I stopped going sometime last year. Now that I am pregnant again I would like to resume yoga, but would be interested in trying Hot Yoga as a somewhat cheaper alternative.

I know they are not the same, but my questions is can I practise Hot Yoga when pregnant? I rang one local studio in Kimmage, but she said no, that I would have to do pregnancy yoga after 14 weeks. I am fairly fit, so am interested in an active yoga class, and not particularly keen on sitting around chatting about babies!

    Thanks
    K
