Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just after booking return to Cork tomorrow, which is now not needed.

Can't find it online, but is it possible to get a refund?

The online booking system states with a check box
I have read, understood and agreed with the terms in the Disclaimer. My Aircoach Reservation will be emailed to me. I understand that I MUST print my Aircoach Reservation and present it the Driver / Customer Service Representative when boarding the coach, and that they can only issue a ticket if presented with a printed copy of Aircoach Reservation email. I also understand that this booking is non-refundable.

    However the e-ticket itself says:
Tickets are non-refundable however in exceptional circumstances refunds may be considered. Any request for a refund should be made within 7 days of the first date of travel and in writing to:

    Aircoach,
    Airport Business Park,
    Dublin Airport,
    Co. Dublin.

If it's a simple change of mind you'll not get a refund I would suggest, which you agreed to when you purchased the ticket.
