Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys,
I'm thinking of going on a graduate visa to the states for a year in a few months.
Anybody here know of the best states/cities to head to for work in renewables? Wind, Solar, Biomass, Energy efficiency etc. If anybody is working in this field over in America I would really appreciate some info.
I've a level 8 degree in energy engineering and did a 5 month work placement in this area last year. Do you think I'd be able to find work?
    Thanks.
