Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Your GP is really the best person to go to about this. This is part of their normal work and you shouldn't be embarrassed by it.

Mate of mine had the same problem and got the snip, all sorted...

Had to wear a kilt for a couple of weeks though, other than that he reckons
was the best thing he ever done.

Maybe a doctor in a family planning clinic.

It might not be necessary. I had a tight foreskin for years. I googled around for a while and found some stretches for it. Not sore or anything, but it worked and now I can pull back the foreskin when erect even (couldn't do it when limp before).

I dunno what site I found the stretches on, but just have a look around.

If you're still concerned then go to a GP.

mmm i just dont want to go to a local doctor, specially when im from a small town and i would like someone experienced in this issue as i will have the snip if thats what is needed but i have read about alternatives such as steroid cream and stretches and other operations which arent snip but more loosening than anything.

My other problem is that my shaft doesnt stand erect, it sticks to the side.

    I experience pain during sex.

Incapable of holding a full erect penis, it gets smaller at times becuase of the pain.

And even after hours of passionate sex i can not manage to cum/orgasm.

Im guessing all my problems may stem from the foreskin that is to tight. And im really worried my foreskin may during heat of moment become stretched to far back to release again.

    Go here: http://www.healthboards.com/boards/showthread.php?t=210347

Do the stretches every day, many times a day. It may take a week or 2, but it should improve things. If not, go to the GP.

That's common. Nothing wrong with it (as long as it's hard), it's just the way your penis is. Don't fret about it!

That will be tied in with the tight foreskin I presume.

Again that might be related to the foreskin... It's not much of a turn-on if you're experiencing pain every time you get an erection (well it is for some people!).

    Yeh same thing probably.

I think you're right. Defo give those stretches a proper try. If you notice any improvement then keep it going and it'll get alot better. If it doesn't work, then go to the GP to talk about alternatives.

you can't go to a specialist without going to a GP first. If you are embarrassed about going to your local GP, go to a GP in another town. This won't go away on it's own, the sooner you kick off the chain of events to get it sorted, the better. If your experience is anything like mine was (see the thread started by "Squirmy" http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2054899493), you'll be examined by the GP for less than a minute, probably not even be touched, and referred to a urologist.

Seriously, this won't get better without intervention by you. You can ignore it, or you can fix it, but it won't go away by itself.

yep, it wont go away by itself, a gp will send you to a urologist in under 3 minutes, if the exercises dont help the snip will be required, and it may be an inconvenience, but i know a few guys who have had it done and reckoned its been a life saver, so i think its a better option to do something about it, then continue to suffer in silence

mrDuke, go to a doctor, they can refer you on.

Some bending is not unusual, the urologist will be able to comment

    Urologist.

. Possibly, but let the doctors decide.

"The snip" (vasectomy - sterilisation for men) is quite a different operation in the same region.

i have the same problem, i rang my dock to ask would she send a letter to a urologist for me because she is quite old and didnt want to let her touch my tinkle. She basicaly demanded I go to her, and to be honest i never went to the appointment. I have a mix problem it seems to be to much forskin when not erect and to tight when erect. Is it not possible to get appointment without seeing your gp?

No, it's not. You need a letter of referral to see a urologist. You doc probably won't need to touch you, but if you are nervous, just go to a different doctor. You've a choice here mate, you can save your blushes and have this forever, or you can take 15 minutes out of your day and sort it.

QFT. The sooner you do it, the sooner you can start treating this problem. Try the stretching techniques yourself first of all and if that doesn't work, go to your GP/any GP. From there, you've got a choice of getting a prescription for a tropical steroid cream to loosen up the foreskin or going for surgery. Make sure you get a referral from your doc to see a urologist, they should be able to recommend one. When you see the urologist, they'll be able to discuss the various methods of treatment, including circumcision.

As has been said before, this problem wont go away by itself and the sooner you address it, the better it'll become.
