Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Condolences to he's family and friends. Horrible thing to happen.

    As for the details, its unsure what happened but he could have been dragged under the car hence the "200m" distance. No one will know.

    Although being drunk on a japanese highway doesn't seem the best way to stay alive, the fact that the driver ran away could mean that the driver was drunk, went through a red light, was asleep at the wheel...

    Who knows. I wonder were there any traffic cams pointing in that direction at the time?
