Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering how i can put in a bcc into this form i have tried putting in $bcc and $cc but neither seem to work:

<?php
if ( isset($name)) {
$to = "email@email.com";
$mailheader = "From: " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$mailheader .= "Reply-To: " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n\n";
$subject = "Webby Message";
$contents = "";

$contents .= " Name:\t " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$contents .= " Email:\t " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$contents .= " Phone:\t " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$contents .= "\n";
$contents .= $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";

mail($to, $subject, $contents, $mailheader) or die ("Failure");
$mailsent = "true";
}
?>

Where did you try putting these uninitialised variables?

Did you look at the examples in the mail() function docs? One example shows 'Bcc:' added to the additional headers.

Don't forget to validate the data submitted through the form. Someone could use this code for spamming. You might consider looking for a secure, well-tested and free mail form script.
Read these 3 comments (and the pages they point to) on the mail() function page.

Aside: Use '\[PHP\]' tags to make your code easier to read.
<?php
if ( isset($name)) {
$to = "email@email.com";
$mailheader = "From: " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$mailheader .= "Reply-To: " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n\n";
$subject = "Webby Message";
$contents = "";

$contents .= " Name:\t " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$contents .= " Email:\t " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$contents .= " Phone:\t " . $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";
$contents .= "\n";
$contents .= $HTTP_POST_VARS . "\n";

mail($to, $subject, $contents, $mailheader) or die ("Failure");
$mailsent = "true";
}
?>
