Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

(WANTED) Bass Player For Johnny Cash/Rockabilly Band In South Dublin

    We are looking for a bassist to complete our rockabilly trio 'A Band Named Sue'. We are a lead guitarist/singer and drummer with plenty of live experience, a full PA system and we are both based in South Dublin. We will be covering a wide range of Johnny Cash songs, along with rockabilly songs from the likes of Carl Perkins, early Elvis, Johnny Brunette, Jerry Lee Lewis, Imelda May and more.     Telling a story about the music of the time, we will also include songs from The Beatles, Chuck Berry, The Animals, Willie Nelson, Buddy Holly and more. We are aiming to practice once per week and start gigging in the run up to Christmas.

    If this sounds like something you are interested in please get in touch! If you can also sing and play guitar that would be a big plus.
    If you like the sound of the bass riffs in these songs please get in touch!
