How do, trying to clean all the gunk at the bottom of my pond in the garden. Emptied it out entirely with a pump last year and did it by hand but it's back again. Saw something like this and was wondering if anyone has some experience with it and if there's anywhere (in Dublin preferably) where I could buy one?…

A pond is not a bath tub, leave the "gunk" alone. It can harbor beneficial micro- organisms. Ponds that are continuously emptied and cleaned never "balance".
