    I'm trying to remember the name of a film.

    Its a fantasy film,
    One of those quest to free the princess ones.
    Probably made in the 80s.

    The main thing is there's a fortress that moves around where the girl is being held.
    The hero has to secure a giant ninja star type weapon(like in my avatar) and then sets out to save her.
    Theres some quicksand the hero falls into and is pulled out by one of his able companions.
    They have to go into a giant spiderweb type thing to find out the location of the castle from some powerfull psychic.
    They have a big strong chewbacca type guy on the team that holds the entrance to the fortress open so they can break into it.

    So, anyone know the name of it? :D
