Admin Pwd on a Vista Laptop

I bought a new Dell Vista laptop but there is only one account set up on it and I have forgotten the admin password.
Anyone know of a quick fix in order to reset the Admin password ?

Yes - http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/ - burn ISO to a disk and boot from it.

Use winternals... probably one of the easiest. Simply download it, burn to disk. Restart computer and when it loads up you will see the option to reset password.

Burned the 3mb iso to a black cd but no joy

Using Winternals, it cannot see the c:\Winnt partition to can't get beyond that step

What happened? - Did it even boot or did it complain can't find path or something? - Are you sure you saved changes before exiting as it can look confusing.
