Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Just wondering can anyone recommend Accommodation in Thurles for Saturday 21 February. We are a group going to a gig in the town that night. Serviced apartments or a house would be great. Thanks for your help.

Hotel wise, The Anner. Not sure if Hayes Hotel are doing accommodation or just the bar/club?

Horse & Jockey Hotel is about 10/15 from town on old Dublin Road.

Few B&Bs in town as well, pretty sure there's not a hostel though...

Probably too late now but the main hotel to stay in in Thurles is the Anner Hotel.
Regarding the night life, its all depends on your age group and what your in to.

In my opinion, the main place for all age groups is The Watermill, Hayes Hotel & The County.
Of course, there are many other places in Thurles but it all depends on your age and what you are in to!
