Has anyone ever had a repair done on a buckled alloy wheel, i am wondering how reliable it is and did you experience any issues after the fact

Many buckles are fixable. Some tyre fitters can fix certain buckles by using a blowtorch and a hammer. Wheel refurb specialists can usually sort out trickier buckles. A lot can hinge on the number of buckles on a wheel and whether two or more buckles are located close to each other. In extreme cases, you might be advised to replace the wheel.

Its in with Antan to get the repair done just wanted to see how other people got on with similar experience.
They haven't rang me to say it can't be done so i'm guessing that's a good thing

I had two 17" alloys straightened. The difference was immediate. They did a fine job.
I think it was €65 each wheel.

I end up buying a new set of wheels, the 4 wheels had some sort of buckle and it was going to be 100 euro per wheel
