hi im considering setting myself up with a pc powerful enough for gaming any suggestions? keep in mind cheapest solution is the best option for me ;)

Unless programmes are OS specific - for example, BF3 will be Win 7 only - you don't actually have to purchase a new OS every time one is released. I still use XP after something like 6 years.
