Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Error reports

    I working parttime as a notetaker out in DCU writing down notes for students with hearing impairments, and yesterday disaster struck! I had written down three pages of notes during a lecture and then this 'send error report' thingy came up on my lattop. All the work Id done had gone! Is there anywhere it might still be stored on my laptop, or has It gone for good?

    This happened three times yesterday,why is it happening, how do I read these 'error reports' and how do I get rid of them?

    I presume your using micrsoft word. Sounds like you installation is corrupt. Try reinstalling it. Another option might be openoffice if you don't have the disks to do a reinstall.
