Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ulster Bank Student acc overdraft what happens after 12 months?

    Hi folks,

I'm coming to the end of my student acc overdraft 12 month agreement.

So this gave me 0% interest for the 12 months of the overdraft and now it's due to be repaid which is fine as I can cover that etc.

What I'm wondering is once I put the money back into the account will I still have the overdraft now that the 12 months are up? (ie is the only thing that changes the 0% interest rate or will I no longer have the 1500 overdraft at all?)

Is there anyone here who has recently come to the end of their UB Student Overdraft agreement who could advise on this?

Note: I'm meeting with the bank next week to discuss this with them (and the possibility of moving onto a Graduate account) anyway but I'd like to know in advance (before I put the money back in) or at least have an idea what I'm talking about.

I'd be very grateful for any information you could give me on this as I haven't been able to clarify anything reading the information on their website.

    Thanks!
