Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We have a pay as you go account with electric Ireland, at the beginning of the summer when we set up our electric Ireland account we put 20euro worth of credit into our account. However we have not switched on the gas since and I have just realised our credit is at 0. Can you suggest an explanation for this?

    Hi qser89,

Thanks for getting in touch. The standing charges for gas apply whether there is usage or not, so these would have been charged to your PAYG meter. We can investigate further for you though today if you private message us your Electric Ireland account number, confirming your name (and that you are the account-holder), address in full and telephone number.

    Regards,
    Una
