Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

What time of year do irish diving centres offer "try a dive" lessons ? Is it only in summer time ?

Its never too late to learn. :) Where are you based?

There are Dive centres out there, depending on where you want to learn, that offer intro courses. They don't call them "Try A Dives" as far as I know - as that gives the impression of FREE. You can get a free try a dive off of any http://www.diving.ie club (there are 80 around the country in every region).

The Club Try A Dive season usually starts around the month of October.

"Try a dive" is held in swimming pool (at the very least the "Kish" Club does it). If you're interested, we're there every Wednesday at 8pm in Guinness Swimming Pool.
