    Hi I am just enquiring about what I should be looking out for when checking my testicles. What does a cancerous lump feel like. I have been to the doctor before in regard this but apparently it was just a cyst. However I don't know exactly what I am on the look out for and how to distinguish between something cancerous or a cyst. Does it move? Is it solid ? Does it cause pain? I have tried googling what I should be conscious of but it doesn't really seem help.

    Any help would be appreciated .
