Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We just had an offer accepted on our first house and we're just wondering what kind of money are legal fees would be? We've heard anything from €1500-€3000.. Is it really worth our while shopping around? And do most places include a will drawn up?

Definitely shop around but as with anything don't go with the cheapest. Will are almost always included.

Like MA said, shop around. Definitely. And by all means ask them to throw in Wills.
