Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Returning Dell outlet laptop

    I purchased a laptop from the Dell UK outlet and got it delivered via ParcelMotel. As soon as I had gotten the order confirmation I realized it would come too late and tried to cancel but had no opportunity.

    Since I received it I've been trying to get it returned however they will only collect from a UK address. Has anyone had any experience with returns via PM deliveries?

    Incidentally it should be an indicator of problems for anyone who buys this way if Dell have to do repairs...

    <edit> Ended up posting to a friend in the North as it was not possible to get Dell to collect here. Beware if you do use the outlet and need a repair return!!!

    Dell will fix it here depending on the warranty you get .

    Bit off the the point but can i ask you what payment method and billing address did you use to purchase from them.Thanks in advance
