    Hi everyone,

I am writing an article "Finger Food in Ireland" for my English class, but unfortunately the material I could find on the internet was insufficient. Maybe any of you could help out :)

Trying to approach this topic, I assumed that the following information could be important:
    1. Finger food - how new is it to Ireland?
    2. Is it a trend or a part of Irish culture?
    3. Where did it come to Ireland from, when and why?
    4. Is the term Mini Food familiar to Irish people?
    5. What do you call finger food in Ireland? Is it the same for all social classes?
    6. Where can it be found? Home/Restaurants?
    7. If you serve it at home, do you cook it yourself or buy it?
    8. Are there any basic ingredients used?
    9. Are there any elements of traditional Irish cuisine in Irish finger food?
    10. Any relevant chefs/ recipes websites you could recommend?
    11. From your perspective, what tendency does finger food in Ireland have - will it gain popularity or is it a temporary fad that will soon disappear?

    Your help is highly appreciated!
