Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I was sent an application form for jobseekers allowance also asking for documentation but I'm currently on the btea scheme, does anyone know why this is? Could it be a mix up? Or do they need to ask for documents throughout the year? It doesn't mention anything about my btea on the letter or form. Thanks!

Ring them or call in and ask what they want. When does your course finish, because you don't get btea between years, June to Sept.

I have another year of my course to finish. Could they have possibly stopped it? Surely they would tell me if it's being stopped, and I handed in my proof of attending the course a month ago so it doesn't make sense.
