Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi,

    I was sent an application form for jobseekers allowance also asking for documentation but I'm currently on the btea scheme, does anyone know why this is? Could it be a mix up? Or do they need to ask for documents throughout the year? It doesn't mention anything about my btea on the letter or form.

    Ring them or call in and ask what they want. When does your course finish, because you don't get btea between years, June to Sept.

    I have another year of my course to finish. Could they have possibly stopped it? Surely they would tell me if it's being stopped, and I handed in my proof of attending the course a month ago so it doesn't make sense.
