Evening all! Following a very unplanned attempt at powerboating through an unseen-until-very-last-moment flood on the M50N on-slip at Fassaroe @ ~100kph+ this evening (during which my life flashed past my eyes in a massive wave of water ) half my rear bumper has unfortunately parted company from it's moorings. It's still in one piece but looking at the various shattered & dangling bits & pieces between outer & inner layers, I don't think it's gonna just clip back on... Most impressed though that my Vriedesteins Quatracs dug in & kept me fairly straight despite the wobbles...

So I was wondering can anyone out there suggest or recommend any breakers that might have a rear bumper for a '03 facelifted 4-door BMW 320D? Am in Dublin but prepared to travel at a push.

Just a short update that thanks to this post, located Autohaus who quoted me very reasonably over the phone to repair, fit, & paint a slightly-damaged 2nd hand bumper that they had in stock. However, when they they got to see the actual damage on my car they determined only a couple of the inner brackets needed to be replaced for a lot less which they sourced within a week & fitted within a couple of hours of leaving the car in along with a little creative bolting & gluing.

The result is perfect and I'm a happy chappie again no longer attracting the attention of AGS suspecting I'm fleeing some ram-raid gone wrong! :D
