Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pics "revealed" (via photoshop I am sure ) of the new front engined GT car the 928.

Clearly Porsche design has just taken the front of a Ferrari California and stuck a DB9 rear end on it and called it a 928 no ?

    linky

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Well proportioned. I'd have that over any other Porsche!

Porsches have always been good looking, no? Except the likes of the Panamera / Cayenne obviously...

An Aston 911? ok, looks alright but I think they have made nicer cars to be honest.

Looks like a mixture between a Maserati and Aston Martin. Very nice.

It does look nice though not like a typical Porsche. As pointed out it does very much look like a Ferrari front end married to an Aston rear.

They'll probably shove a diesel engine in it, to ruin it.

I like that! But that have been many other good looking Porsche's before this!

lads I was joking about good looking Porsches.
I've tried to buy a Cayenne so many times its not right, I've always adored the 911 ( some iterations more than others ) love the Boxster (facelift ) and Caymen and would kill for a good original 928.

I don't think this is the first good looking Porsche !

Is it just me or does it look very like a Hyundai Coupe? Very goodlooking, just very Coupeish.

Its good looking but I wouldn't say its "Porsche" looking.

    Reminds me of Arden_Jaguar_XK_AJ_20_Coupe.jpg

and its even more like it in this picture

Plenty of money in Germany, it would sell well enough due to the looks.

Looks a bit like a celica from the front and a 407 from the back.

Buyers of these cars are unaffected by the recession. Sales of luxury goods have been rising in the past couple years. 49% increase in the pay of UK FTSE100 directors last year.

    49%? Nice one! -seems fair

If you're doing a good job a pay rise isn't unfair. For huge companies, paying their top executive an extra 100-200,000 a year isn't much if it helps their business stay successful.
