    It's bittersweet really isn't it, taken from her mother and herd when she was a calf (and presumably the rest of the herd were slaughtered for their ivory), forced to perform for 50 years, it's just sickening really. Also I think she is the only elephant at Longleat? Open to correction on that one but elephents are social/herd animals it would be better if she was with her own kind but of course being at Longleat is way better than where she was and I'm sure the choices of where to place her were fairly limited anyways. Let's hope she has some years of contentment now.
