Painting wood in mouldy bathroom

So I've got an en suite that I've had a mould problem with. I've fully tiles the walls and that's helps drastically but now the skirting boards and door are needing done.
My plan is to strip the wood and prime and gloss again but what I'm looking for is recommendation on whether to use anti mould paint as the primer then normal gloss over it?

Normal gloss will be fine.

Your problem is ventilation. If the room is constantly damp, no matter what paint you put on your going to have problems. Can you vent it?

Maybe wipe down the woodwork every few weeks to stop the mould setting in the first place.

Room needs to be vented, small extractor fan, about 17euro to buy... Whats the ceiling like ?
