mortatge payment change

    hi all ,im wit ptsb for past 5 years with a mortatge of 920 a month ,as im self employed and things are gettin very very tight at moment im lookin to go down to an intrest only mortatge for 3 months or so has any one done this or can advise me ,

    A lot of people have done this. Your best bet is to speak to your lender as soon as possible and they will let you know the process they have. You will have to fill out forms and provide documentation to them most likely to outline your current financial situation to show you require the interest only.

    Others may have more specific info their application for interest only with PTSB but its definitely something they will consider.
