Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello

    I am currently renting a house , 2 adults 2 children, we are not married, i claim JSA @ rate of 372 per week,

    i get RA of 96 euro per week for the house, my rent is 530euro per month.

    i managed to pay the deposit (the landlords happen to be very nice people) and only asked for 300euro deposit (as oppsosed to the normal 530)

    we now would like to move to dublin and i am wondering is there any help with deposit/month in advance for the new place, like i stated I will have 300euro from this house so I can put that towards the new place but to be honest the places in dublin I will need around a 1,000euro for the deposit (one months rent) & one month in advance 1,000euro

    so I will need ;

    1,000 (deposit)
    1,000 (month in advance)
    -300 (of my own money)

    balance of : 1,700 euro

    I hope the thread makes sense?

    if someone can advise i would be happy :)

    Hello:) Best advice I can give you is go to your CWO they are a huge help with exceptional needs. You could apply for a one off payment to help with your deposit so best to go in to them and have a chat explain your circumstances and ask them if there was any way you could get help with the remainder for your new house. Best of luck with it
