Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Well, i have been dabbling in this a while, mostly just myself and my bro, not too good though, have a Martial arts background

    So where can i learn or meet with other to learn and gain experience, cmon guys lets get our **** together and get something going, dublin or louth good for me, or further a field. Just never thought ireland be the place for this, cant find a single site online for ireland free running , typical!!

    Does anyone know anywhere or got any info for beginners??

    hmm, yes is cool, site already been looking at urbanfreeflow.com is good too. Are there groups doing this already in ireland or what, any round dublin, some other guy here mentioned Dun Laoghire, ??

    I'm going to try to post a run in about two weeks. In dublin city centre. Already got a few intersted, but the more the merrier. Just hunting down a good location.

    carlow this tuesday . we are having a jam meeting at carlow bus park at 1. members of the dublin urban ghosts, urban zen black ghost and urban regganades crew will be there so come sown beginners are welcome and possiblity of a newspaper shoot too!
