Screen repair suggestions

What are your recommendations for places that do screen replacement? Or places to avoid! My daughter destroyed the screen on my HTC one x today. (This is the 2nd Htc one x she has destroyed on me FMFL) I'm in Waterford but obviously can send the phone away. :(
