Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
so, I have the cable, rightly connected to PC and TV. Restarted both, but no signal being found by the TV. What can I do to get these to work? Thanks.

You may need to press a function key combination to activate the HDMI port on the laptop, then you also have to select the HDMI3 port on your TV menu.

Look along the top row of your keyboard, is there is an icon with an image of two screens, representing the laptop (screen) and an external display? If there is, note that button, then you need to press and hold the 'Fn' button on the keyboard and press the key with the two screens, this will send the screen image to the HDMI port and down the cable to the TV.
