Crohns Disease

Hey board, I've not posted here in years, but I was wondering if anyone has (or knows anyone that has) Crohns disease? I was diagnosed with it last January after a lot of suffering and weight loss. I just want to see how common it is around these parts and to see what kind of experiences other people have.
