Hi All,

I need a bit of help with this one...basically, I have become addicted to the Caremelised Onion version of the Low Low Snack Packs (see http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=279753194.

What I want to know, is if anyone could hazard a guess at the quantities that might be needed for the recipe for this chutney. The ingredients are listed as Onions, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Water, Muscovado Sugar, Salt, Caraway Seeds, Cloves.

Or, if anyone has a recipe using similar ingredients, I would really appreciate it!
