Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

rangemaster gas problem

Hi there, I have a rangemaster cooker and yesterday at lunchtime it was fine, did some cheese on toast on it. However when we came home at 6 it looked like the gas was running out, I checked it and it seemed half full, poured hot water on the bottle and it came again for a few minutes, but faded away. Today I bought a new bottle (92 Euros) and it is still at half strength. Any ideas? I really would like some dinner.

    Could be faulty regulator.

Thanks for that Shane. The regulator was replaced last year, from a double to a single by a suspect plumber, I had better have it checked out again. Is it easy to replace ?

Check the vent hole on the regulator.

Any work on gas must be done by a RGI.
