Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Google Maps Imagery

Google Maps have updated the satellite images of Dublin, and from a railway point of view there's some new things that can be seen.

http://goo.gl/maps/JEr39 - Hansfield Station and its new access road.

http://goo.gl/maps/iLMAe - The full M3 Parkway branch is now visible, and even a train leaving/entering M3 Parkway!

http://goo.gl/maps/TGdlV - The new platform at Clonsilla, with a train berthed.

    http://goo.gl/maps/ploIR - The IWT terminal

    http://goo.gl/maps/wxUUq - Stored 2700s at Inchicore.

Main thing missing from the railway scene in Ireland generally is Laois Train Care, the satellite imagery there is from well before ground was even broke at the site.

    Post any others you find!

I believe the new Apple Maps app in IOS7 has new Irish satellite imagery, I haven't upgraded my iPhone yet but check it out when I do.

They are mixed timeframes alright. In the IWT link there are still cement bubbles, a bogie cement and a rake of timbers in Northwall and a baby GM with the oil train in Connolly shed and 2 8200 DARTs at Fairview.

In the 2700 link all 5 8200 DART sets are in Inchicore.
