    Hi
    I plan on going to a gp next week to get a cbc blood test.
    I would also like to get my thyroid function tested while I'm at it and was wondering if the amount of conditions I want to get checked as part of my blood test increases the cost for me?
    If not I would like to get everything possible checked.
    Also does anyone have any advice on what other conditions I should have checked as part of the blood test? Or what I should ask the gp for?

    Cliona, your thread was already closed in another forum. Nowhere on this site gives medical advice. If you have symptoms/are unwell discuss it with your GP and take their advice on what tests, if any, you should have.
