Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm interested in a car from Walsh Motors in Killeen and they've said they'll give a 6 month engine and gearbox guarantee. It's due its first NCT in a few months and they said they'll guarantee that too.

I've heard a lot of horror stories about dealers selling lemons and not backing guarantees, don't want to be one of the suckers.

Does anyone have any experience buying from these guys?

    Cheers...

You'll have to get the Guarantee in writing, read it and if you're happy with it go for it. If its not in writing forget it.
Seems like a fair offer to me, if price is competitive etc and all other things being equal.

He buys a lot of our ex.fleet stuff, along with similar cars from LeasePlan and the others.

If you want to pm me the reg number I'll check our system and see if it's one of ours.

The amount of tax I got hit with in my January paycheck made me rethink getting a car for the meanwhile. :(

Is it the alfa 159 that you're buying?

Hi, just wondering if anyone above (or anyone else for that matter) ended up getting a car from this dealer and can fill me in on how they got on. I'm hoping to view a car they have next week sometime. I'm not from around Dublin so have no one on hand to give me advice on garage reps. Thanks

Post a link to the car - it should help! :)
