Nope, it's not. You can use each number once only.

Like this: (75-25)*(8+3)+6+3=559

Also, your target numbers must come from the sets {1..10} and {25,50,75,100}.

You can pick 0,1 or 2 numbers from the smaller set of larger numbers and the remainder from the larger set of smaller numbers.

You can pick a larger number only once, but you may pick the smaller numbers in pairs, if you wish.
