Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Key won't turn

I recently got a key cut for my house. It fits the lock but it won't turn and open the door. My friends key works so the lock isn't broken. Should I return the key or is there anything I can do to fix it?

Take the key back and a little touching up with a file should do the trick try to take a good key with you if possible this service should cost nothing

Hopefully brining it back once will resolve the issue.
