Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking for a DVD to do some pregnancy yoga at home. I do a class once a week but would like to do some more at home during the week.
Would appreciate any recommendations. Went to hmv but they didn't have any. Thanks.

    Hi Blingy,
I'm doing antenatal Pilates and my instructor is also my Physio. She recommended a YouTube video to me. It's called The Bump Room, One Hour Work-out. I'm currently laid up with the flu so haven't given it a go myself but she reckons its good to be tipping away with in between the classes. The person doing the video is a trained Physio too.
