velux window with rain sensor

I bot a velux window second hand and it came with a motor & rain sensor. I have been looking on line to see where do I fit the rain sensor but I got no joy. I called velux and they did not have any manila or installation example all they told me was the rain sensor is to be fasten to the hood section if the window. Has…

Can the official velux motor/sensor system be retrofitted to a velux or only the clumsier uglier aftermarket solutions?
