Granada and Anglia frequencies

Lads, Anyway be able to advise me of the frequencies to tune the above ITV's in. I believe the frequencies changed recently. :) Many thanks

you didnt look hard enough, ITV dominates the top section of the page

They are in the first column. Directly to the left of the channel name. 10714H etc
