Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Driving to work in the morning and there's no traffic and every traffic light is green. Awh yeah!

When I go for a walk in the park and meet happy doggies. <3 They always put a smile on my face.

A good run where the sweat does be pumping off me.

Seeing seedlings poke their head out of the soil.

Watching a teeny bird flap about and do it's thing, then it sees me watching it and gets all morto and flies away.

When strangers smile at you as they pass in the street (not the creepy ones)

When someone makes me an unexpected cup of tea and it lands in front of me. Only ever happens at work, and about twice a year, but it really makes me happy :)

How every morning my daughter wakes up looking for me and gives me a big cuddle. Better than any internet *hug* I tells ye.

    Walking on frosty grass.

Scoring a volley in a football match.

Opening the foil on a jar of Nutella or Coffee.

When two people you've thought should know each other, end up knowing each other!

The other day at swimming I realized that two lovely old widows that I know separately had made friends with each other and they were frolicking about together in the pool. It made me so happy!

When washing a bowl that had wheat-a-bix in it, and you don't have to hurt yourself to get a clean bowl.

Getting a seat on the train.
A hot shower after going for a run. Nothing like it.
    Making my daughter laugh.

A hot shower after being caught in the rain for whatever reason.

But that's topped by a warm towel fresh from the radiator to dry yourself with after.

Coming home on a cold day, happy in the knowledge that I've got something in the slow cooker, ready to eat.

Cleaning the lint off the dryer filter, and it comes off in a sort of intact sheet.

Leaving home for a run in the dark pre-dawn and having the dawn light slowly join you for the return home.

Hot tea in the street on a cold day.

    Anything with custard.

Watching a 2-3 year old learning to kick an adult sized football, or the kiddie sized hurl and sliothar, for the first time. Both the enthusiasm they show in learning, and the technique they eventually discover, are both hilarious

    Kindness of strangers

    making fresh coffee,

    peeling an orange

getting my tent up at a festival and then enjoying a well deserved can! happy out!

a hot shower after a long, cold and rainy spin

    bus comes along unexpectedly sharp-ish

    giving directions to tourists

    eavesdropping funny Dublin street talk

when a cake or bread turns out. Oh the joy!

Jaysus, I do that too! :D Annoys her to no end because it stops her yawning. If I can get my nose in instead, it's extra points!

When I move in bed my OH always runs his hand up my thigh a few times.

I wait until he's back asleep and move, just to feel him doing it again :o he's probably wondering why he's waking up exhausted, me waking him up every 2 minutes!

I love rubbing my face off his bum when he's getting dressed for work or into his PJs!
