Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, do you think that stores are likely to discount the prices of iPads tomorrow or do Apple have control over pricing?

They have a tiny profit margin so, no, they're unlikely to have any major reductions. Only old models or refurb stock will go cheap.

349 in Argos for an ipad air 16gb seems the best deal so far.

I got the 32gb iPad Air in PC World, €30 off. It was the best deal I could find anyway.

Apple have a tiny profit margin?!!! :pac:
The reported gross margin is around 39% and the net margin is around 20%.
Both huge figures for consumer electronics.

The reason there are no price reductions is because they don't have to.
They sell out of their products.
    Supply and demand.

It's the retailers they are saying have tight margins. Not Apple.
