I was looking at the train 60051. It went up €20 in Argos with the arrival of their vouchers. Its now €119 but with Smyths voucher is 107.

Ive just finished my Klingon Bird of Prey and starting the USS Enterprise tomorrow. I'll stick up photos when done

Bird of prey tool me about 3 hours.its finiky. My son loves playing with the bad men! The engines on the wings come off the wings easily but are OK to snap on again.
The enterprise is much bigger. Not started it yet

Saw Simpsons Series 2 Minifigs in Arts & Hobbies in Athlone earlier for € 2.00. I know Argos UK have cheaper but it's the lowest price I've seen in Ireland.

This looks like a great set. I was only looking at it the other day in Smyth's.

Haha I actually got one in August that I've been trying to sell ever since. Got it as a gift without receipt so Smyths wouldn't take it back. Will try use the code later though. I wan't to pick up a Hulk lab smash.

There's no store with 3 of them in stock according to the argos stockchecker so you'll have to get 2 other items instead. I think there's only 8 stores that have 1 in stock.
There's a couple of those stores with the star wars red 5 x-wing (It's 250 euro though). That'll make two of the 3 for you. Just need to pick your freebee one then.

If there was a store with 3 merc trucks I probably would have went in with you.

The argos prices are daft, 127 for the falcon with voucher in smyths, 199 in argos, it's cheaper buy 3 in Smyths than get 2 for the price of 3 in argos:)

Argos price match. Just show them your phone with the Smyths price and they will match it at the checkout.

Will that work with the 3 for 2? The falcon and two others with one for free would probably work out as the same price as the three in smyths.
Obviously if you're getting 3 millennium Falcons its dearer in Argos but why would you be buying 3?

The order won't work when you put 3 in the basket, I've tried umpteen times..T's and C's of the order to store say you pay the price on the day not the price on the site so we're out of luck for the 10th.

I know this isn't really a store bargain, but I have a MISB Imperial Star Destroyer 75055 for sale if anyone is interested. I bought it for €120 and looking for €115 for it. I think this is a bargain as its only available on the Lego Sore for €145. No one else has it in stock anymore.

I don't think you can sell here. You might want to link to Adverts. Also these were on sale in Smyths a few weeks ago for the €99.

Once an item has been used, it's never worth close to the original value. There maybe lots of people trying to sell things at stupid prices, but don't see them selling for those prices.

PS Lego can actually appreciate in value, depending on the range once a set is discontinued it can sell for more than it's original value, even if it has been open.

Not sure if a bargain but Ken Blacks in portlaoise have 3 x Red Five X-wing Strafiighters for 199, there 250 in argo and they've none in stock. Sold out on the lego store.

Also a few other items, Jabbas Palace is 119 only 1 left with a slight crease in the box. Few lego movie items reduced as well like the Ice cream van, lot of the stuff is sold now.

Misb means mint in sealed box. So yes it was new and unused. No need to be so aggressive for no reason when all my other things that were used were below rrp.

Anyways, does anyone know if there will be a smyths black friday deal?

I managed to get a reservation for 3 off just now from the same store (Finally for once).

I'll take one myself so need another 2 people who may be interested (I need to know before 3pm today as the store will be 1 hour away from where I'm but I pass by it on the way home on the weekend).

Smyths currently have Deep Sea Exploration 60095 for 63.99euro. Methinks they applied the '20% off all City Lego' twice by mistake as the Lego store price is 99.99euro.
