    Do we need more of them? According to Wiki
    we have 9 public/bank holidays. Sounds alright yeah? But Colombia has 17 !

    Could be worse though, I remember reading how the US merged two of their public holidays into one a few years back.

    You gotta love how Scotland has both New Year's Day and Jan 2nd as public holidays, Tennants and Skol hangovers must take some recovering from :pac:

    Should we have more bank holidays? Im proposing a new one for the first Monday in July. We have to show those Colombians somehow :p

    The below are genuine Japanese bank holidays - not fair :(

    Coming of Age Day
    Respect for the Aged Day
    Autumnal Equinox
    Sports Day

    But wait, Autumnal Equinox Day is 2 days after Respect for the Aged Day,
    so the Tuesday in between is also a holiday.
