Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What makes a bleeding heart?

    I'm interested to know.
    I am one.
I am the constant fighter for the underdog.
I am the person who believes that the people who fought in 1916 were patriots.
I am the person who believes that the wives of the husbands who were US soldiers in Iraq on some level believe that their husbands were slightly thick, despite thanking God for America.
I am the person who supports Palestinians.
    I support any bombed nation.
I can't figure out who is the villain between the Ukraine and Russia.

I HATE BULLIES. I HATE DIPLOMACY/POLITICS aka BULLYING.

I believe entirely that a CIA exists and that MI6 exists. I believe that Guantanomo Bay is beyond any level of conforming with any international laws of justice.

Am I a bleeding heart, am I stupid, and I deluded?
If not, what can I do to stop what I perceive to be massacre? (I'm not the walk peacefully and think that has any effect type).

You are. Being an underdog doesn't make your cause right. Look at ISIS in Iraq/Syria. They could be considered an underdog but they aren't fighting a just cause.

I think of a bleeding heart as someone that speaks out about how unfair certain things are in their mind but offer not solutions.

When the father of your daugher is Palestinian, that map becomes a little smaller.

Everyone in the coverage suddenly become people. Particularly the little ones who look like your own child.
Because you know, it's nothing but our own children who matter.

But your child was not born there so is safe. And you can't tell her.

    ...'bleeding heart tetra'

....constantly pouring forth, 'emotively', expressions concerning values associated with the quality of life within the environment and among those inhabitants who share the tank water together
....these little guys are also 'known' for their 'bubbly personalities'

Whatever hope the Opening Post had died a death with these replies. This seems streams of consciousness stuff more fit for a blog, than anything else. NipNip pm me if you have any queries on why the thread was closed.
