Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have been using them for a while, and have no issues. I like the fact you have socks and Vpn access in the same account. I have a mikrotik router setup and any traffic to bbc goes though their uk vpn, same with some traffic to us sites. I also have some machines going direct to the Netherlands, for, erm, other stuff... No major issues with speeds. Happy customer so far.

I was with them for a year until I discovered DNS services (unotelly.com) that were more convenient for changing my geolocation for the likes of Netflix, Spotify, BBC iPlayer, etc. and didn't slow the connection down. To be fair, PIA didn't slow things down much. I thought it was a good VPN service with a wide range of points of presence and support for Open VPN, which is a must as far as I'm concerned.

If your reason for wanting the VPN is to fool such services into thinking you are somewhere you're not, you might check out one of the many so-called SmartDNS services. I realise, though, that people have lots of reasons for wanting VPNs and this may not fit your needs.

I've been using PIA for over two years. Good service. Another one that may suit, depending on your needs, is https://zenmate.com (It's a browser extension so not suitable if you want to run a program outside of your browser)
