cpu Intel Core i5 4460 4x 3.20GHz So.1150 BOX

gpu 3072MB VTX3D Radeon R9 280X Boost Edition

hdd 2000GB Intenso 6513284 64MB 3.5" (8.9cm) SATA 6Gb/s

psu 650 Watt Corsair VS Series Non-Modular

ram 8GB G.Skill NT Series DDR3-1333 DIMM CL9

pci StarTech mini PCIe WLAN

so i need advise on motherboard and tower (lower priced the better:)) and parts must be from mindfactory cuz thats where everything else is from

Change the GPU, VTX3D are one of the worst brands to buy.

It you've to keep it well down, you should be able to get a B85M or H81M for ~€50 or so, and a Zalman Z4 or A1 are about €20-25

but its 50 cheaper than the sapphire version, is it worth it?
which would you chose between ASRock B85M Intel B85 So.1150 Dual Channel
or
ASRock Q1900B-ITX SoC So.BGA Dual

The B85M.

Go MSI, Gigabyte, Zotac, Palit then. VTX3D are literally the worst, there's a reason for the €50 difference

It is actually quite hard to mess this up entirely. Worst thing that can really happen is something arrives that is already broken (in which case you send it back and receive a new one, you are entitled to free shipping on returns by eu law). If you follow the instructions carefully and watch a few videos on youtube, it should all go fine. Don't buy cheap because you fear the worst, that just a good way for something to go wrong.
